Corinna Gorges is an experienced leader who has been contributing her expertise to the Schwarz Group since 2009. As Head of Data & Digitalization, she is responsible for key strategic areas including Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, as well as Digitalization Strategy and Portfolio Management. Her strong leadership background builds on many years within the IT division and operational management experience overseeing store systems in a country organization.
She is passionate about how technology not only optimizes processes, but empowers people and drives sustainable corporate transformation. Corinna combines strategic foresight with a strong focus on execution, bringing transparency to complex change processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to develop forward-looking solutions.
