EcoVadis – Responsibility Towards People and Nature
Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has developed into the world’s largest and most reliable provider of corporate sustainability ratings and has built an international network of more than 100,000 rated companies. EcoVadis assesses companies based on 21 sustainability criteria in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
At 3DSE, we also regularly undergo this assessment. For our strong commitment to sustainability, we have already been awarded the Silver Medal four times and the Bronze Medal once.
Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is seen by 3DSE’s leadership team as a key lever for future success and is reflected in our 3DSE strategy and our leadership principles.
An open mindset with mutual appreciation and equal opportunities play a major role in our team culture—regardless of gender, age, social and cultural background, or sexual orientation. We promote a diverse and inclusive working environment, among other things, through internal discussion rounds, women’s mentoring, and diversity training.
Since 2022, we at 3DSE have been signatories to the Charta der Vielfalt.
Young Talent
Product development and innovation are at the core of our DNA. For this reason, supporting students and young talent in this field is also very important to us.
Manage and More
Since 2018, we have therefore been a cooperation partner of Manage and More, the Entrepreneurship Stipendium von UnternehmerTUM. For three semesters, Manage and More students can develop new products, design business models, or found their own start-up. The scholarship holders are individually supported and can attend numerous competence trainings.
Our consultants act as mentors and pass on their knowledge to the participants in so-called value stream workshops, among other things. The students can use the newly acquired knowledge to optimize their own ideas. The goal of Manage and More is to develop the skills, network, and experience of the students so that they can become successful entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs themselves. They gain experience regarding the use of innovation techniques to identify problems and be able to solve them in an entrepreneurial way.
Enactus Munich e.V.
As an international non-profit organization, Enactus has made it its mission to inspire students to sustainably improve the world through entrepreneurial action.
More than 75,000 students are already involved in more than 37 countries. The network in Germany now consists of 36 different universities. Enactus stands for the entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurial), the drive to shape (action), and togetherness in action and values (us).
Since the end of 2020, 3DSE has been a cooperation partner of Enactus Munich and supports the association as part of its strategy development, advisory hours, and methods training (SCRUM, project management). We are also a point of contact for internal specialist topics such as organization, HR, and marketing.
Christmas Campaign
As a Munich-based company, it is important to us to make a contribution to our city and its community. For several years now, our focus at Christmas has therefore no longer been on customer gifts; instead, through our Christmas campaign we support social organizations that are committed to disadvantaged people in Munich. In addition, our employees also take part every year in the “Gift with Heart” campaign run by the Kaufbeuren-based aid organization humedica.
