The Design Cell Workshop, facilitated by 3DSE, was a key factor in our success in addressing one of our most strategically important challenges: developing a groundbreaking innovation concept and an appropriate project structure for a major RFP in collaboration with a leading truck OEM.
Given our limited internal capacity and lack of prior experience in a new market segment, we had to develop a compelling, future-proof product concept in a short period of time that would meet stringent procurement requirements.
